What are the dates of the FoodPro Conference?

The conference will begin Sunday, July 19, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the UMass Campus Center and will conclude Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Please check our schedule on the web for the latest update.

Where exactly is the conference being held?

All sessions and breakfasts will be held in the UMass Campus Center. Lunches will be at Berkshire Dining Commons.

How do I register for the conference?

You can register online using our on-line registration service. Our on-line registration service uses a Verisign Secure Server certificate to safeguard your transaction. You may also call 413-545-0172 to register.

When is the Aurora General Systems Training Session and how do I register?

The general systems training session will be held Sunday July 19, 2009 from 8:30am to 4:30pm in the Campus Center. This training session is separate from the conference registration fee. You will need to register separately with Aurora Information Systems directly for this training session.

How do I make hotel reservations?

The Hotel and Travel page contains all the information you need to make reservations and receive special group rates at the Campus Center Hotel. Please note you need to identify yourself as part of the FoodPro Conference- Group Code FOODPC. The cut-off date is July 5, 2009 for these special blocks of rooms. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.

What are the directions to Campus and the Hotel?

For directions to the Campus Center Hotel and all the locations on campus please visit http://www.aux.umass.edu/directions.php

If you are planning to drive to campus please park in the campus center parking garage. You may buy discounted parking passes for $5.00 a day at the hotel desk or at registration.

What is there to do during any free time we may have?

There are many area attractions to visit while in the area. A few of these attractions are Yankee Candle, Historic Deerfield, downtown Northampton, Basketball Hall of Fame and Six Flags New England. For more area attractions please visit the pioneer valley website at www.valleyvisitor.com

Does the registration fee cover all the meals?

The conference will cover all meals: all breakfasts, lunches and dinners Sunday night through Wednesday lunch.
