Dear Colleagues.

The University of Massachusetts at Amherst will proudly host the annual FoodPro Users Conference, Nourishing Today to Sustain Tomorrow, on July 19 – 22, 2009.

This year’s conference will offer a program rich in educational sessions that will help you sharpen your FoodPro skills. The sessions will have something for everyone from daily users to coordinators, technical staff, and directors. Experts from Aurora Information Systems will tell us about the exciting changes they have planned for the 2.2 release that will enhance the program. Sessions presented by your peers will offer great ideas for maximizing your use of FoodPro. During the conference you will learn how other schools use FoodPro and get great tips and strategies.

There will be many opportunities for networking and exploring the beautiful Pioneer Valley. Don’t miss the campus tours to the retail locations, warehouse, and bakery or the tour to the nearby farm that provides local produce to Dining Services.

In keeping with our sustainability theme, we will not be sending a brochure this year. Please visit the website often as we will update it frequently.
